    Question How to insert tables?

    i have a cell merged with 6 cells which is the first row from $h$1 to $n$1 and thr are column headers in the cells frm $a$1 to $g$1 what i want ,is to have the cell $g$1 which is merged til n1 to have sic columns .
    Like a have a heading on the same row(line) like others frm a1 till g1 and the sub-headings in the cell g1 merged till n1 so that i dont have two rows but one row for all the options.
    Can anyone suggest sumthng...
