Making a command(macro?) to do multiple things

Ok--So i have figured out all the filtering and what not for the documents I have to look at.

I have hundreds of documents I need to look at with thousands of entries--so---

Is it possible to open the document--hit a button(macro i believe) and have it do the same commands in order each time?

Here is the list of commands I wish to perform(Please correct into proper XL format) --thanks everyone!

Try recording the macro and saving in onto your personal macro workbook which is always open. Assign a short-cut key using tools-macros - options

mrice actually gave some good advice. I learned to write in VB by recording macros using the Tools>Macros>Record function, then looking it up in VB editor. This could have gone in the Programming Forum, but if you have questions, you can post the code and we can take a look at it.
