    Extracting 12 month periods

    Hello All,

    I have a question maybe someone here can help me with, I have about 5 years worth of data and I need to extract 12 month periods from it..such as Jan 05 - Jan 06, Feb 05 - Feb 06 and so on. Can someone please help me on how this can be done. any help would be great.

    You could use Data > Filter > Auto filter, then filter by date

    But I need a 12 month range..so out of 5 years, it shows me all entries from Jan 05, Feb 05, --> Jan 06

    When you use Data > Filter > Auto filter, select Custom on the drop down and select is greater than 31/12/04 and is less than 01/01/06 you will then get the whole years data for 2005
