i wanna know about labels

i want to know about labels and their application and also more importantly i want to know abot something which i have come across in this forum...

i got a very good example of MULTI-LOOKUP i have attached the file..

no what i want is to get the total of the items sold after displaying the items for the lookup

for ex:=
Lookup Return Items sold
jack A 10
B 20
C 30
D 40
L 120
---->>>>>total should be displayed automatically immediately after displaying the return and items sold...

Lookup Return Items sold
tom E 50
F 60
G 70
H 80
I 90
J 100
as the height keeps on changing so after displaying the rows disply the sum..

is it possible...

that was exactly what i was looking out for but can u please explain me how u did that and is it possible to do it only using EXCEL and not VB...
