Location of Changing Cell Values

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help to solve the following problem (attached is the sheet):

I need to have the count of numbers 1 to 10 in different columns on the attached sheet. The issue is each number 1 to 10 has a dash and changes each day, eg. 1-1 and then I will change it to 1-2 and then 1-3 and so on. Each number will be located somewhere on the sheet and some columns will have multiple numbers in them, eg. Row 1 could contain 1-7 and 2-9 and so on. So to find it 1-* and so on is required I think. The cells in the box are formatted as “text” to get the dash working.

1) I would like the count to appear beside each number in the count column eg. 1-22 beside the number 1.
2) I would also like to have the row location for each number as well under the “row” column
