How do I fill in formulas?

For some reason when I fill in my formulas (ie put a formula in one cell, grab the corner of the cell with the mouse and drag to the right) it fills in the formula correctly into all of the other cells. But it does not actually calculate the value. If I go through each cell and click in the formula bar it will then calculate the number.

Is there some sort of filling setting that I have on? I want the new values to be calculated right away and not have to click inside each cell.
