    Unhappy Functional Issue

    Hi Guys:

I am currently working on a database.
I am trying to make a auto populated summary sheet by using the vlookup function. In table array part of the formula I want to have the name of the tab(Which is in another cell in the same worksheet and has been chosen from a dropdown list). The issue is excel does not recognize this part of the formula and gives me "ref" error.

This is my firt time using this website and I was wondering if you can help me to figure a way out to fix this.

You can send me eamils to "[email protected]". I appreciate you help.

    Thanks
    Ramin

    Hi,

to get a fix for your formula you would need to post the formula here.

Solutions are posted here rather than by email so that all members may contribute to and benifit from any solution.

I suggest that you remove your email from the previous post to avoid receiving even more spam mail.
