Goal Seek as a function / formula etc

Hi,

I have setup a table to calculate a target number of 12 by altering another cell with a number. I can successfully do this using the goal seek function, however is it possible to insert a formula, funtion or macro to do this automatically for a whole series of different cells??

I have attached the sheet to help better understand what is required.
