Help matching and referencing numbers to respected symbols.

Hello,
I am trying to search and find a function that will allow me to cross reference a list of CUSIP'S with their appropriate stock symbol. I have all stock symbols referenced with cusips in order on a seperate text file. I have just spent many hours manually looking up each CUSIP number to the external text file CUSIP to Stock Symbol reference and plugging them in.

My question is, "Is there any way possible that I can import the complete stock symbol list into excel, and provide a function in which my CUSIP lists can automatically look up the stock symbol list and add them to the same row in a different column"?

I have attached a very small example of what I am trying to do. You can see that I have a CUSIP column, those numbers are what I need to search through an entire external list to match its stock symbol.

If anybody can provide me an easier way to perform this, any advice and comments are highly appreciated.
