Duplicating cells from different sheets . . .

I need to duplicate certain cells from Sheet1 to Sheet2.
This can be easly done with =Sheet1!A1
There are times when I "Cut & Paste" certain rows to different locations on Sheet1, then I get a #REF! error on Sheet2.
Basically I need Sheet2!A1 to always equal Sheet1!A1 regardless of whether the cell was cut & pasted or moved within Sheet1.

Any help would be appreciated.
