Adv Filter criteria, true false, vs 1 and 0

=AND(H2>(H$88-1.55*H$98),H2<(H$88+1.55*H$98))

H88 is 44.2 (2007 July Temp)
H98 is 2.4 (July Standard Deviation)
H2 is JULT (or July Temperature)

I am searching all the years from 1921 to 2007 that have July temperatures in the range of 44.2 plus or minus 2.4 degrees (Times 1.55).

As I say, it filters in the current spreadheet with 1 and 0's, not in the new spreadsheet showing true and false. It should at least return the 2007 row of information.
