Need to Autofill 'Months' in sheet by entering starting month

I can't figure out how I can enter in a month code, say entering 3 for 'March' in a cell, which would then start my sheet out with March and then auto fill the remaining months (April-Feb).

Here's one way.....

Put this formula in B8 and copy across to M8

=IF($B4="","",TEXT(DATE(0,$B4+COLUMN()-COLUMN($B8),1),"mmmm"))
