    Working Hours Forcast Calculator

I have attached a spread sheet I have had about zero luck with programming. Essentially, I will input a submittal due date, # of hours required for Submittals, Install Date, Production Document creation time frame. From there, I would like to forecast out over months (or even a year), what the upcoming work load will be. Basically, I need this to prove that there is more work than my department can currently handle...but also, it will help us look a few months down the road, and prioritize jobs better. Will standard work sheet funcitons do here, or am I looking at some VB?

Things to know: 1 work day is 4 hrs for a project since we multi task during a day...so an 8 hr job would take two days.
therefore, no job can theoretically exceed 20 hrs a week.
there are 120 man hours a week (3 guys)
