Suggestions for linking drop-down lists and other data

Please see the second sheet of the attatched file. I need to be able to change any of the different types of loads using a dropdown that will change the values in the tables to the right of the sheet. if for instance i changed the value in the 'Eccentrically applied' column (cell O20) I need not only the two tables to update, but the other force values to corespondingly update. It works at the moment on the number selected in cell I20. If anyone can help that would be great. I realise I have posted this query before but the file is much more complete now so i think it may be easier to understand!
