Want to add a third option for =IF formula for "blank" option?

I have figured out how to do a simple comparison script:

    =IF(C6=E6,"Yes","No")

What I would like is to have a third option that if Column E = Blank display nothing.

Also is it possible to format the color of the font or BG of the answer?

e.g. Yes = Green Font or BG
