Automatic Live Data Updates

Hello,

I have a sheet containing survey data that is incomplete; i.e. there are still respondents to be entered. I am completing a segmentation analysis in which case I need to have a "Master" sheet and then segment sheets (ex "Ages 26-35", "Ages 36-45", etc. ). The catch is that as I add a new respondent (or row) to the master file, I need the segments to update as appropriate.

Example.

If Segments are:

Male Female Ages 26-35 Ages 36-45

and the new respondent being entered is Male and 34 years old, then when I add this respondent (row) into my Master sheet, I need this whole row to be added also (but only) to the segments that apply to this respondent. Therefore the Male and Ages 36-45 would both receive this new row of data and the other segments would not.

Any help would be most appreciated. Anything that needs clarification, please advise.

Maybe if you could post a small sample of your master in zip form and what what you expect, someone might be able to help.
