Adding To Formula To Count Values

=SUMPRODUCT(--(MONTH(Master!$I$4:$I$5000)=MONTH(C16)),--(YEAR(Master!$I$4:$I$5000)=YEAR(C16)),--(Master!$H$4:$H$5000=$A$9))

How do I add to the above formula to also count how many times in column [J] a value over 9999 appears. Then another formula that counts how many times a value between 10000 and 24999 appears?

I've tried:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(MONTH(Master!$I$4:$I$5000)=MONTH(C16)),--(YEAR(Master!$I$4:$I$5000)=YEAR(C16)),--(Master!$H$4:$H$5000=$A$9)),--Master!$4:$5000>9999))

but it's not working.

I apologize for not being more clear.

I attached an example. I need B3 in worksheet "Info" to count the occurrences when in worksheet "Master" amounts under 10000 are in column [I] AND the month/year in column [H] is Jan/2007.

Then I need B4 to count the occurrences when amounts are 10000 to 24999 are in column [I] AND the month/year in column [H] is Jan/2007.

and so forth for B5 and B6. I can then modify for Feb/2007, March/2007. April/2007 ...

THEN
I need to do the same thing in B11 but only when "AJB" occurs in column G in worksheet "Master"
