What a drag - changing the formula

Maybe it's late and this is a simple answer, but I'm stumped.

In cell C3, I have the formual {=IF('Test Cycle Tracker'!N3="R", C2, 0)}. I want to drag this down the cell, keeping C2 as a constant. I can't seem to get it to not change, even with the Ctrl key.

Do I have to go in and do a manual change to each cell, or is my brain locked?
    Help! Thanks.

    Your brain is locked.

    Use $C$2, instead of C2.
