Count Number of Rows with cells that contain "Yes".

I have a list of hundreds of rows and in column B I have either text "Yes" or "No" exactly as shown.

I want to make one of the cells in a different column count the number of "Yes" 's.

Anyone have any idea?

Using MS Excel 2003 sp2.
