Interactive features: click, something happens

Hi,

I'm working on an Excel worksheet and using the org. chart function to illustrate the linear dependencies of different processes.

My question, would it be possible to make this org. chart -kind of object a more interactive? E.g. by clicking one box, the color of the connector to next box would change color?

I hope my question makes sense... if not, please let me know.

Ok I'm not an Excel guru, so bare with me...

I was able to create a simple macro that changes the color of the Connector from black to red and again to black, as you click a certain box.

But this change of colors happens extremely fast...
how can i make the red color to stay for for example 2 seconds?

anyone? any ideas?
