Pivot Table - variable date

Hi

I have to create a pivot table every day, I currently cut and patse the new data into the sheet. This data varies in volume (from 9 rows to 3000 rows). i then go into the wizard and vary the range that is selected.

is there a way to create a pivot table that will vary the range it looks at automatically?

You could base the Pivot Table on a Dynamic Range Name....which will automatically expand and contract to accomodate the available data.
