    Transportation Status Report

I'm having problems using the IF, AND, and OR functions on 2007 excel. What I am trying to do is have the L column use a function that allows the trucks to either "SHIP" or "HOLD".. I have it set up so that if column J is false to HOLD, and if column K is true to SHIP. I also need to add to column L to SHIP if the "Days Since Last Delivery" is greater than or equal to 3. Finally, if the logical tests fail and the truck has not reached its capacity then the output should be HOLD. If anyone has an idea of what I need to use or if I'm on the right track let me know. I attached the file I'm working on as well.

    Your attachment isn't attached?

To post a zipped example, go to “My Documents” or wherever you have your file stored, right-click and “Send to > Compressed file”, then attach this zipped file to your post.

    Should it be this,

    =IF(AND(J3=TRUE,K3=TRUE),"SHIP","HOLD")

If "Fuel & Maintenance" and "Capacity" are both TRUE, then SHIP?
