Over time, I have saved several workbooks using excel 2003. Now that I have Office 2007 Enterprise, I have updated old one to new ones as they are opened.

Is there a way to update the old workbooks without the hassle of opening each one, and resaving it as new?

Also, on one of my old books I have this kewl option of "Table Tools". But, on all the other old books I have saved as 2007 style, its not an option. Its greyed out.. Does anyone know the criteria that has to be met for this option to be available?
