Sumproduct with 2 types of spefic critiria

I have just got a formula that counts the ammount of accounts that has spefic letters in them (Thanks daddylonglegs) please see example below

This is fine but now i need to add another critiria into this, i need to find all accounts with the letters AS and also an ammount (Money), then i need to count the ammount of accounts that have both critiria, the problem is the ammount (Money) is never the same ammount, there is always a pound sign so maybe we could tweek the formula above.

    Thanks

    DJ

Can you provide examples of what your data looks like and what you need?

Also is the amount formatted as currency or is the pound sign entered manually?
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Still confused about you really want to do...

Do you want to sum amounts in G when Column B has "AS" in it?

Or do you want to count when there is any amount in G and B has "AS" in it?

    for the former:

    For the latter:

If none are correct, you will need to show example in your sheet and some expected results.
