Count if - two conditions

Hello,

I need some help in solving a problem.

Currenty i have to COUNT the number of lines i have if in :
collumn A the value is "AR" AND
collumn F the value is higher then 4


Although collumn A will always be filled with "AR" or "FR" the collumn F will have numbers or letters (but i only care about counting those with numbers).

After this is done i count the same for "FR" in collumn A, and also below value 4.



So i need to combine either a macro or a function that would allow me to have a count if both statements occur. Any ideas?
