    3D name and using Max

    1) I need to create a name for a 3D reference to Sales that includes cell D18 (total of sales for the city)
    2) Enter a Max function with the named range to identify the most sales (of 5 cities)

I'm not sure how to go about.

I used the SUM function when creating the 3D name reference however when entering the MAX functions it was giving me the same total...

    Help!!

    Hi,

Welcome to the forum, I'm not exactly sure what you are doing, but it may be worth having a read of this on 3D references, it may help?
