Copying one column, and adding another column

    Hi,

I am trying to pull together information to allow me to put out a pivot table.

What I am trying to do is take the Post Description line from the example and show in the pivot table how many Males/Females are in this Post.

What I am looking to do is have an output which states something along the lines of:

    Post Males Females
    Accountant 4 7

Is there a formula which will allow me pull this type of information to another sheet, on a large scale? (workbook is example, full sheet is 7000+ entries)

Im probably not being very clear in what im trying to do here actually... but if anyone knows what I mean, or has done it in the past, how can I manage this?

    Thanks in advance!
