    Sorting Numbers Inside a Cell

Is it possible to sort numbers inside a cell that are separated by a comma. We have customers that call and provide the numbers for their jerseys in random order by size. Our print staff needs the number array in numerical order, so we have to order it for them manually. I can only find ways to sort by column and row, but not within a cell.

I've attached a sample of how data comes in and how we're trying to output it.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
I dont think what you are asking is possible to do inside a cell.

But there is a work around... You can use the "Text to column" from the data menu. Choose "delimited data" by "comma". This will seperate ech value inside the cell into a single one.

If you copy all rows with data and paste special (click transpose!) you will have the data bySize number in columns. You can now sort each column ascending.
