    Eliminating Blank Spaces in Text Cell

    I am trying to create a sheet to work with dimensions in feet, inches and fractional inches such as 4'-3 1/2". I have figured out how to use the text command to keep the fraction from converting back to the decimal format. However, when I combine the values, if there is no fractional portion to the inches, I end up with a large space between the number and the " symbol like 4'-3 ". Is there any command that will eliminate blank spaces from within a cell but will still allow a fraction to be used if needed?

    Trim()

    The simplest answers are always the best. Thanks for your help.
