cost complex function

Hi

im trying to find out the cost of an employee who has worked on a particular project.

cells d2:d28 house the several project names.
cells E2:E28 house the names of the employees
cells M2:M28 house the cost data.

i want to be able to find out the cost per person per project; the cost of a person accross all projects. total cost of a single project. i have attached a sample doc for ease of use.

i think u need 'Array Formula'
'Array Formula' is entered by using symulteneously Ctrl+Shift+Enter

See green cells in attached file. I have entered one 'Array Formula'

your formula only gives me the cost for one person at only one time for only one project.

i need to find costs for evrything johnathon ross has worked on in total AND the costs involved in johnathon ross on each individual project.

i have to do this for approx 250 people. arghh!
