Does anyone know how it insert a new row into a spreadsheet and keep all existing formulas intact/
You can use the INDIRECT function and a literal string; for example, =INDIRECT("A1") always refers to A1, irrespective of row or column insertions or deletions.
If that seems inconvenient, it's because it's not needed that often.
I attempted to use the =INDIRECT("A1) but it did not hold the previous formulas? Perhaps I applied it wrong?
If I have a spreadsheet template in place with algorithm formulas and then insert a new row is it possible to do this and keep all formulas in place in the new row?
