Issue with Formula that Reads a Cell with Character 10

Hi all,

I'm using the offset/match functions to return another cell. My problem is that this found cell has a linefeed character (char(10)) in it. When the formula result is displayed, instead of a the linefeed character, I get a little square. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I've attached a screenshot of each to illustrate my problem.
