In one of my templates, I am recording a macro to sort data based on one column with positive and negative numbers. From time to time I download different amount of data (rows of data) to the template which creates empty (with 0s) rows in the middle of the spreadsheet and places negative values all the way at the bottom. I would like to keep the range of the sort high (3000 rows) but blank rows in the middle have to go. Is there a consolidating function OR a way to sort data without blank rows? thanks
