IF function resulting from two different cells......or LOOKUP????

I am not sure how to title this, as I have no idea what the functions are, but I tried!

I'm not sure if this can be done or not, but I know this is the place to check!

On sheet Apr08, if "Bob Smith" is found anywhere in cells B3-F3, then I would like the referece number from that row to populate cell B14 on sheet CSATMidYrFY09. Then, if "Bob Smith" is found again, it would populate cell B15, then B16, etc..... The reference numbers may not be found in each and every row on Apr08, but I'd like them to populate one row after the other on the CSATMidYrFY09 sheet.
