Strip text in cell

I need three formulas - (1) Strips all text left of the first colon, (2) Strips all text after first colon but before second colon, and (3) strips all text after the second colon.

Example Cell
big house : red car : 816-5165

I want that cell broken out into three cells:
big house
red car
816-5165

Will using 'text to columns' work for you?

Data> Text to Columns....
