Try:
=Ceiling(A1,100)

Your title says round up, your post says nearest hundredth, and your example suggests nearest hundred. Pick one you like:
NBVC's example: round up to nearest 100
=ROUNDUP(A1, 2) round up to nearest 1/100
=ROUND(A1, 2) round to nearest 1/100
=ROUND(A1, -2) round to nearest 100
