How to find and replace with function?

Hello
I need a function that find and replace from "," to "."
For example A1 =" aaa,bb b,b,fff" to A1=" aaa.bb b.b.fff"
I know the Ctrl + H but I need it in function

=SUBSTITUTE(A1,",",".")

Another way is to select the cell or cells, press Ctrl+H

in Find what type: ,
in Replace with type: .
and press Replace All
