I too am trying to calculate the IC50. How do I go about this? Is there an equation? I have my dose response curve but it doesnt look like the typical sigmoidal curve. Do I need to make the x-axis log-transformed?

You would need to interpolate the curve to find the 50% point, and then add a second series with three points: y axis at 50%, horizontal across to curve at the interpolated value, and vertical down to the x axis.
