Multi Criteria combo box returning array values

Hi,

I have a file with 3 sheets. sheet 2 has array formulas that return values from sheet 3 (raw data sheet). Sheet 1 is a summary sheet. I want to be able to select the Title from the datavalidation box in A and based on that selection, B returns only the applicable brief for that title (in this example 2 but could be more) similarly, C return the TX time based on A and B selection. I want to automatically have only the applicable entries in a drop down box. I have inserted notes and colour coded.

Then once all the drop down items are selected, I want to then return the appropriate data from the array (GREEN)
