Question Columns - Expand and Collapse

See small exhibit attachment. Grid on the left ( A1 to E8 ) ... need to be able to collapse ( and then be able to re-expand ) columns B, C and D to look like the grid on the right ( H1 to I8 ) ... basically, hide the detail and only show row totals. End users of this application are not Excel experts ... do not want to Hide and Unhide the columns.

    Hi,

Select columns B, C and D, go to Data > Group and outline > Group

    Good Solutions

Both solutions very good ... Group Outline and Buttons/Macros. Thank you, OldChippy and MartinDWilson.
