Find highest number in a row

I need to find the highest result achieved in a row and then allocate a grade (headings of each col) to that result for eg:

A B C D E F G H I J

Name G F E D C B A
Barbara 20% 22% 25% 33% 34% 38% 37%
Tom 10% 15% 20% 25% 35% 30% 15%
David 12% 22% 24% 35% 33% 20% 12%

So, in col I Barbara is most likely to achieve a Grade B and then in Col J, should she excel, she may achieve an A grade.
Tom will reflect a Grade C in col I and a Grade B in Col J
David will achieve a Grade D in Col I and a Grade C in col j

This is my first post so if I don't make any sense please forgive me. Just to make my self more clear - Barbara has a 20% chance of achieving a G grade, 22% chance of achieving a F grade, 25% chance of achieving a E grade etc. But all I need to calculate is the 2 Highest grades the students are likely to achieve.

This formula returns the most likely grade from Row_2 (Barbara)
