Hi I'm pretty new to excel, or at least having to do more than just look at graphs.
I'm trying to get excel to add up the data in multiple worksheets (1-6) and give me a total in the final worksheet (Sheet7), i've read on th Excel website that this is called 3-D referencing, but i'm unsure if i'm reading the correct section.
I've tried defining the names in the columns of the sheets that i want to take the data from, and then defining the names of the columns of the sheet where i would like the totals but in the cell it just says #NAME?.
Can some one point me in the right direction and let me know what i have to do.
As i said i'm pretty new to this side of excel but i've seen it done in plenty of stuff i've had sent to me previously so i'm hoping it's not too difficult.
I've attached a copy of the document i'm trying to sort too, as my explanation might not be the best.
