Filtering Across Columns and return in a single column

    Hi All,

I have table detailing hotel reservations records, with 3 columns for partial payments. So the same reservation record could have 1st payment in August and 2nd payment in September.

I use advanced filtering to make excel display records with payments charged in say, September only, but the records will display other partial payments (if any) charged in other months as well.

Is there a way for excel to display only records with payments from say, September, be it 1st or 2nd payment column, but not showing the other partial payment tagged to the same record that were charged in other months?

    Many thanks.

    Is this what you require:

    - Change Months in $E$1
    - Use Autofiler in $E$1

Note that there is a arrow for Autofilter AND one for Validation in $E$1
