Listing Specific Values Based on Criteria (Including Duplicates)

I am not sure how to describe this in the title but an example should make it quite clear. I am not sure of the most efficient way to complete this and would like to stay away from Macros if at all possible.

I have a worksheet set up as follows.

NAME POINTS RANK
Jeff 10 1
Ben 8 4
Mark 9 2
Chris 9 2
Peter 6 5

The worksheet contains hundreds of entries and I would like to list only the competitors with rankings of 1-5 on a separate sheet as a summary. I would not only like to list the Rank but the Name and Points as well. I tried the Advanced filter but the data gets updated routinely and I would prefer a solution which updated automatically. I have attached a basic XLS which may help explain the problem. Does anyone have any suggestion on a solution for this?
