Complicated Averaging in 3D

I am setting up a standings for a weekly darts leage where points are awarded base on how you finish. Each week is a new sheet. Each weekly sheet has the names in Column B but do not always apear in the same cell. Points are in Column C. Only the Top 7 sores count for your average. On my Totals sheet I can get the total points with

=SUMPRODUCT(((THREED(Start:Blank!$B$2:$B$75))=$A2)+0,(THREED(Start:Blank!$C$2:$C$75)))

and total # of times played with

=COUNTIF.3D(Start:Blank'!$B$2:$B$40,A2)

The Name in the Totals sheet is in Column A, so A2 is a Name of the person.

I had a formula last year that used mmax() and average() I believe, and I had a computer malfunction and could not retrive the files. Could somebody please help me?
