I have a project almost complete!,But i need to lookup some dates from colomn "D" for a colses match in colomn "A" with dates and then return the result from column "E" on the same row as "A" matches to "d". I hope its not explained in very confusing way.

Assuming that you are looking for a value in A1, then use the following formula:
If the answer is not satisfying, please give an example of your data.
=VLOOKUP(A1,D:E,2,TRUE)
