sum for mutiple returns - formula needed. sumif?

I have a massave database that I need to add total qty associated with a sku that repeats numerous times with various quantities. I think it would be a sumif function, but I cannot figure it out.

I have attached a sample file with the data I will be using.

=SUMIF(A2:A100,199175,C2:C100)
