Lock cells so content or formula can't be changed

Hi,

Select the cells or the entire sheet.
Right click the selected area.
Select Format Cell.
Click on last tab (Protection). Make Sure that Locked Check Box is checked.


Now, Click on Tool --> Protection --> Protect sheet and put password....


Now no body will be able to see the formula.
