Display COUNTIF results in reverse order

I use COUNTIF to search a list of labels, I got the result but I want Excel to display it differently.

Example1:

4 Julie
3 Julie
2 Julie
1 Julie

Example2: (This is the way I wanted, forget about sorting...)
1 Julie
2 Julie
3 Julie
4 Julie
