formula for total of cells which contain numbers greater than zero

Can anyone help with a formula where a column of numbers contains zeros and numbers. At the bottom of the column a total is required of the number of rows in the column that contain numbers greater that zero.
    eg. 1.0
    0.0
    2.4
    0.0
    0.0
    0.8

I would like the formula that would give me 3 in the next row in the column.
